- Edging on necessary places, driveway, sidewalk, around flower beds/islands
- String trimming in areas that the mower can not cut property or cannot access
- String trim taller weeds if visible before spraying them with weed killer
- Removal of weeds where needed either by hand if they are too close to the grass or
plants, otherwise they will be sprayed
- Blowing of the entire property
- Smaller sticks will be picked up and hauled away

Negative: Some ad hoc projects may seem expensive. Communication with them about your preferences is key otherwise expect to get out of the box service and be okay with that.
